As a promise of his 2016 presidential campaign, the Orange Fraud Felon Assaulting Liar promised to “hire the best people.” Let’s see how that turned out: 746 people who worked for the man have either been indicted, convicted, pled guilty, been jailed, or combinations of the above.
Well, a lot of those people didn’t get paid, like so many of his workers. Just ask the casino workers he stiffed when that business went belly up. And some of his lawyers.
So those people were people he “inspired” to work for him for free, breaking windows in the capitol building, shitting on the rotunda floor, smashing cops with flag poles, hanging the Vice President—nice work if you can get it.
And instead of him paying them, they paid him—they sacrificed their freedom. Even the people he actually did pay are paying that price.
