Everybody involved in or around the presidential immunity case that came before the Supreme MAGAcourt framed the question wrongly. Somehow, the Orange Fraud Felon Assaulting Liar’s lawyers, the Justice Department lawyers, the MAGAcourt justices with their questions, the reporters and talking heads analyzing the case, all asked the question thusly: Suppose, Mr. former president, that you ordered Seal Team Six to assassinate your opponent while in office-could you be prosecuted for that?
That’s backwards. The question should have been:
Candidate OFFAL, that is, Mr. twice impeached, 34 times convicted, sexual assault libel, six times bankrupted, several times convicted fraud, and self-confessed sexual predator: if JOE BIDEN ordered Seal Team Six to assassinate YOU, and especially if they succeeded, would JOE BIDEN be immune from prosecution for killing YOU? Would his assassination of YOU be an “official” presidential act immune from prosecution just because he signed it at the Resolute Desk and claimed it was in the interest of public health? And should the Supreme MAGAcourt uphold their decision and give him the Get Out of Jail Free card that you thought you had bought for yourself?
Or what about this: Suppose President Biden ordered the assassination of all the conservatives on the Supreme MAGAcourt? Then suppose he appointed six new justices that he knew would do whatever he wanted, just like you did. Should that new Biden court then rule, following the MAGAcourt precedent, that the President is immune from prosecution for assassinating its own members? What do you say, Justice Alito? Or you, Justice Barrett? Speak up, Justice Thomas! Can’t hear you from under six feet of MAGAbucks infested-dirt.
